Author's Dinner Ft. Mi Ae Lipe's "Bounty From the Box" CSA Farm Cookbook
Eating with the Seasons & Supporting Your Local CSA Farm Thinking about joining a CSA? Community-supported agriculture is a terrific way to buy food directly from your local farmers. But it can be overwhelming to get your weekly box of produce and figure out what to do with it all—or even know if CSA is the right option for you. Mi Ae Lipe, author of Bounty from the Box: The CSA Farm Cookbook, demystifies CSAs and seasonal produce in this first in a series of pop-up dinners that walk you through how to eat deliciously out of your box all year-round. It’s also CSA sign-up time, and a local farmer will be on hand to answer your questions about joining. ABOUT THE DINNER: This five course, plated local & seasonal dinner features recipes from Mi Ae Lipe's comprehensive book, which covers nearly 100 different fruits, vegetables, and herbs.
