Adult Cooking Demo: Eating Well to Reduce Fatigue Fatigue or exhaustion is a common clinical complaint among adults. It can significantly interfere with a person's ability to function at home. Join Christy Goff, PacMed Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, for this cooking demo to identify factors that affect fatigue while learning what foods and vitamins can help boost energy. Taste testing and recipe sharing will be included.  What To Expect: In Verdant's demonstration cooking classes, participants meet in our teaching kitchen to learn from a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist how to prepare and enjoy delicious, healthy foods.
