How to Run YOUR Race: Panel Discussion
We believe running is equally beneficial for both our mental and physical well-being. More than miles, we believe in purposeful run. Different runs have different purposes. Whether it’s spiritual, like reconnecting with nature or bonding with friends. Mental, like meditating on the move or sparking a brilliant idea. Or, of course physical, like going faster, or breaking PRs. We will give a different, much-needed voice to running. YOUR voice. Every run has a reason. We want to know what’s yours? Join us the night before our very first Virtual Seawheeze as we are hosting a panel discussion about how to run YOUR race. Panelists are Kevin Ng, Claire Gould, and Dion Tucker, facilitated by Ashley Davies. All panelists have veried experience of race running from setting records, to running a half for their very first time this year. Listen as they chat about pre-race rituals, recovery tips and ways to set pace your race and run it your way. If you would like to sign up for our first ever Virtual SeaWheeze event, please see details below. The first-ever SeaWheeze Virtual Half Marathon is coming your way, powered by Strava. We think running 13.1 miles is better with friends and would love for you to join us.
