SCMS ‘19 Summer Festival- Beethoven, Turina, Mendelssohn

Wednesday, July 3, 2019- 8pm

There is a free 30-min recital at 7pm featuring Bach Partita for Violin in D minor, BWV 1004 performed by violinist Kristóf Baráti.

The ticketed main concert at 8pm features Beethoven Serenade for Flute, Violin and Viola in D Major, Op. 25; Turina Quartet for Piano and Strings in A minor, Op. 67; Mendelssohn Trio for Violin, Cello and Piano in D minor, Op. 49. Performing in the main concert will be Artistic Director James Ehnes, Kristóf Baráti, Robert deMaine, David Harding, Piers Lane, Matthew Lipman, Lorna McGhee, Daniel Műller-Schott, Andrew Wan, and Orion Weiss.

Cost: Adult tickets start at $55. Tickets for students and those 30 years of age and under are $20. Subscription tickets are $50 and begin with packages of 4 concerts. At the door, $35 Senior Rush and $5 TeenTix tickets are available 90 minutes prior to the start of each concert. $35 General Rush tickets are available select evenings and they become available 24 hours before the concert and are available online and in person.
