Summer Sweat Camp
For many of us, warm summer months are the perfect motivation to work out. Whether your goal is to lose weight or build muscle, the summer months are the perfect time to get started. This program is for ALL fitness levels! This summer program is a minimal-equipment camp that will kick your routine up a notch!Includes, but not limited to: Strength Training Cardio Flexibility & Mobility Training Balance Training Bring water, running shoes, and get ready to sweat! Mondays at 7pm, starting 6/3-8/19.*excludes 6/24/19. minimum 6 registered.
