This workshop is really about how to grab your creative life by the lapels... because sometimes it's hard to know how to even begin... Apologetically Enthusiastically? Cautiously? Although the workshop is in the context of being creative, it is really about living a full, passionate and authentic life. The Artist’s Way has helped countless artists, writers, and those wishing to live a more creative life find their spark and some space to carve time out of their busy schedule to create. Working through writing and exploration, the workshop will inspire you to see what is holding you back and will give you a path to move forward. Outside of class, you’ll keep a Morning Pages journal and take weekly Artist Dates with yourself. The class itself at Cloud9 Art School serves as a home base to share your journey and spark inspiration in one another. Topics in class include covering the Basic Principles of the Artist’s Way, the introduction of Morning Pages and Artist Date process, recovering a sense of self and carving out a place for Art and Creativity in your life.
