Your Guide to Resources to Starting and Expanding Your Small Business Speaker: Susan Perreault, DBA About Susan Perreault, DBA: Susan Perreault, D.B.A., M.B.A is the Program Director for the Washington Women’s Business Center (WWBC), a program in partnership with the U.S. Small Business Administration. The WWBC mission is “to provide technical training and counseling to women and minority business owners to empower them to acquire the skills they need to make their business start, grow, and thrive financially”. Prior to joining the WWBC, Ms. Perreault earned a doctorate in business administration and spent the majority of her career as a business owner and in senior management positions in the professional beauty industry. As a business owner, she understands how difficult it can be to start and run a business. Ms. Perreault is passionate about working with and empowering entrepreneurs. The WWBC is hosted by Seattle-based Business Impact NW, a non-profit Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI) dedicated to serving under-banked entrepreneurs by providing access to capital and comprehensive business technical assistance. About Women In Business Expo Group (WIBEG): Mission: Support and empower business minded women by providing resources that develop leadership skills and enhance personal and professional growth. Vision: Provide a collaborative, inclusive, and inspiring environment where women create community, develop meaningful relationships, and positively impact economic development. The Women In Business Expo is a group of professional small business owners that offer services and/or products in the Healthcare, Fitness, Fashion and Beauty industry plus much more. The Women In Business Expo Group was created to help, assist, and support small business owners market and build their business. We collaborate, strategize and execute marketing and advertising avenues to help spread the word and let others know about your business. We support and empower our members to overcome barriers and grow while providing a positive environment to discuss and share your business thoughts and ideals.
